Day 11 of the 24 Day Challenge

Day 11:
You're entering the "wow" phase. Let's get the new routine down. The next 14 days, the timeline will be the same. So your daily routine just got easier. Be sure however to stay focused and get all your supplements in. Here's an idea....set your alarm on your phone as you're adapting to this new routine. We know that those that who follow the program 90% correctly get AWESOME RESULTS! Let's make it happen!

Upon Rising: B/4 B/fast Packet from Max Box wait 30 minutes + 8 oz. water
Breakfast: Meal Replacement Shake + 2 "with a meal" Packets from your Max Box
Snack Options: Fruit, Veggies, Seeds, Nuts, Boiled Eggs, Rice Cake w/Nut Butters + 8 oz. water
Before Lunch: Take "Before Lunch" Packet from your Max Box + 8 oz. water
Lunch: Salad, Greens, Veggies with Lean Protein and Complex Carbs + 8 oz. water
Mid-Afternoon: Spark+3Catalyst-15-30 minutes later-have a snack
Dinner: Lean Protein, Salad, Greens, Veggies + 2 Omegaplex
